Who AM I
I started in the creative world of ad agencies, spending seven years storytelling for global consumer brands such as Coca-Cola and Vodafone.
I eventually brought that creative voice in-house and have spent the last decade turning brand equity into commercial growth within high-stakes, regulated categories.
Specifically, that’s meant a journey of humanising complex sectors - from making finance feel accessible to scaling platforms in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. I specialise in bridging the gap between sophisticated products and the people who need them, ensuring that even the most ‘intimidating’ topics are met with a human voice.
I’m a firm believer in radical transparency and over-communication. At this point in my career, I’ve seen that the best leadership comes from a mix of data-driven obsession and the intuition that comes only from years in the room. I value honesty and directness - and the businesses I work with do, too.
I have a thoughtful, headstrong three-year-old who keeps me on my toes, and a partner who is carving out his own entrepreneurial path.
When I’m not thinking about brand architecture or team culture, you’ll find me at our pub in Deal - pulling pints, eating pizza, and connecting with my community.
